Integrity…

Man with integrity. Is one mark that hard to earn. Integrity requires trust, because you walk your talk. You make the rules, and you walk by the rules you’ve made. Integrity and honesty. Is it the same? Well, could be 😉

Integrity walks side by side with honesty. Your honesty, only you and God who know it (vertically). While integrity, is the connection between you and your surroundings (horizontally). You are honest, it’s not your friends or colleagues who decide. You have integrity, that’s your surrondings that give you that value.

You have integrity, you are so free saying what you want to say-preach-teach.

You have integity, you will sleep like a baby every night.

You have integrity, you will be highly respected by your surroundings. Especially by your team.

Now imagine if you have some mistakes in the past. In example : you stole your friends money or things, and mst of your friends knew it. Now, you give an advice to not stealing other’s property. What would happen?

All your friend whom happened caught you stealing the other day, or just hearing the bad news from your friends, will laugh at you. Consider your advice as nothing but a joke. Because you’re not walk your talk, eventhough it happened a long time ago 🙂
